Jacqueline E. Bailey is a litigation and corporate attorney who has been practicing in the Coachella Valley for 23 years. Her practice at Nethery/Mueller/Olivier LLP emphasizes general civil litigation matters, including complex business, real estate, contract, trust and estate litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bailey was the General Counsel for Thane International, Inc., a global direct response marketing and distribution company of consumer products. As General Counsel, Ms. Bailey was primarily responsible for the coordination and oversight of the legal affairs for the company and its 20 domestic and foreign subsidiaries. Before moving in-house with Thane International, Ms. Bailey was a litigation attorney with Best, Best and Krieger and Slovak Baron & Empey.
Ms. Bailey is admitted to practice law in all Courts of the State of California. She is also licensed to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern and Eastern Districts of California. She is a member of both the Riverside County and Desert Bar Associations.
Ms. Bailey graduated with honors from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she was a member of the Trial Advocacy Competition Team and a staff writer and editor on the international law journal. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University, Northridge.
