NMO has broad experience with subdivision matters and mixed-use development, including planned unit developments, large and small mixed-use projects, and condominiums.

NMO advises clients on a variety of matters involving diverse forms of commercial, recreational and residential real estate. NMO also represents clients in matters pertaining to entitlements, securing related development agreements and approvals from state land departments, counties, and municipalities.
Dan Olivier heads up the transactional real estate practice for NMO and has experience in the areas of real estate entity formation, equity investments, purchase and sale transactions, real estate finance, commercial leasing, land development and planning, redevelopment, subdivision governing documents, and Subdivided Lands Act compliance, handling transactional matters of all sizes.
Marty Mueller has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate, but with particular emphasis on clubs, providing services as both general counsel and litigation counsel, when the need arises.
